Musk Creek olive grove is ideally nestled on a north-facing slope, enjoying coastal sea breezes and the temperate climate of the Mornington Peninsula. Neatly spread across one and half acres, our small grove of 120 trees is set amongst manicured rural gardens overlooking Westernport Bay.

Our Process

We grow only the finest varieties of olives, comprising Picual, Frantoio, Picholine and Leccino. The trees are hand pruned and immaculately maintained prior to the harvesting season.  Harmful pesticides are not used so the fruit retains its natural nutrients and anti-oxidants. Finally, the olives are harvested early by hand then cold pressed within hours, creating perfectly balanced oil rich in goodness and complexity.

The packaging has been carefully selected to complement the oil quality. Essentially it combines practical functionality with aesthetic appeal. Both the bottle and closure have been sourced from Europe’s finest glassmakers. The bottle’s simplistic shape and elegant proportions seemed fitting for our olive oil, whilst the unique properties of the closure ensure its complete reliability.
